The pages linked above will be modified versions of the exercises contained in the book "JavaScript & Ajax (Sixth Edition)" by Tom Negrino & Dori Smith. I've read through the majority of this book already, and found it extremely useful and very easy to follow. It's a book I highly recommend to anyone looking to learn, or even brush up on Javascript and/or Ajax. Because it's been so long since I've been actively web coding, I felt it was a good idea to go back through the entire book. I've also found that the best way to really learn any given coding language is to first do the exercises, and then apply the techniques somewhere else. And that is actually the point of this entire site. So feel free to browse through these pages, play around, and check back soon for updates! |
